Welcome to ELITE IMPEX. By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting an inquiry, requesting a quote, or placing an order.

1.About ELITE IMPEX

ELITE IMPEX produces custom apparel, sportswear, corporate apparel, accessories, and promotional products for businesses, sports clubs, sports teams, schools, and brands worldwide.

We provide custom manufacturing, design support, branding, logo work, color separation, and related production services.

2.Use of Our Website

You may use our website to view our products, learn about our services, request a quote, contact our team, or send business inquiries.

You agree not to misuse our website, copy our content without permission, or use the website for any unlawful purpose.

3.Product Information

We try our best to keep all product details, images, descriptions, and information accurate and updated.

However, product colors, sizes, materials, and final finishing may slightly vary due to fabric type, screen display settings, customization, and production methods.

4.Custom Orders

Most of our products are made according to customer requirements. This may include custom size, design, logo, color, fabric, printing, embroidery, labels, packaging, and other details.

Customers are responsible for providing correct order details before production starts.

5.Minimum Order Quantity

Our minimum order quantity may vary depending on the product, design, fabric, color, and customization requirements.

For custom orders, single-piece orders are usually not accepted unless agreed in writing by ELITE IMPEX.

6.Quotes and Pricing

All prices are provided through a formal quotation. Prices may depend on:

• Product type
• Quantity
• Fabric and material
• Design complexity
• Printing or embroidery requirements
• Packaging
• Shipping destination
• Current market cost

Prices may change without prior notice. However, confirmed quotes may remain valid for a limited time, usually 30 days, unless stated otherwise.

7.Currency

All prices are usually quoted in USD, unless another currency is clearly mentioned in the quotation or invoice.

8.Payment Methods

We may accept the following payment methods:

• Bank wire transfer
• Banker’s cheque for approved local customers
• Credit Cards
• PayPal
• Other approved payment services

Payment details will be shared with the customer at the time of order confirmation.

9.Payment Schedule

For most orders, we require:

• 50% advance payment before production starts
• 50% balance payment after order completion and before shipment

Production will only begin after receiving the required advance payment and final order approval. For regular or approved customers, different payment terms may be discussed separately.

10.Late Payment

Late payment may delay production, packing, or shipment.

ELITE IMPEX is not responsible for delays caused by late customer payment or delayed approval from the customer.

11.Sample and Design Approval

For custom orders, a sample or design mockup may be created for customer approval. Sample delivery will be completed within 7 working days after design approval and advance payment confirmation.

Production will begin only after the customer approves the sample, design, artwork, size chart, or order details.

Sample charges may apply and are usually non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.

12.Artwork, Logos, and Branding

Customers must provide correct logos, artwork, designs, colors, and branding instructions.

The customer confirms that they have the legal right to use any logo, trademark, brand name, or artwork provided to ELITE IMPEX.

ELITE IMPEX is not responsible for any copyright, trademark, or ownership issue related to customer-provided artwork or branding.

13.Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled without extra charges only if cancellation is requested before production starts.

Once material is purchased, printing is started, embroidery is started, or production has begun, cancellation may not be possible.

If cancellation is accepted after work has started, charges may apply for material, labor, design work, sample work, or production costs.

14.Production Time

Production time depends on order quantity, product type, design complexity, material availability, and customer approval.

Estimated production timelines will be shared with the customer. These timelines are estimates and may change due to payment delays, approval delays, material delays, shipping delays, or other unexpected reasons.

15.Delivery and Shipping

Shipping charges are usually not included in the product price unless clearly mentioned in the quotation. Shipping cost will be calculated based on order weight, volume, delivery address, and courier or freight method.

We aim to arrange safe and reliable delivery for all orders. However, delivery time may depend on courier companies, customs clearance, local authorities, and international shipping conditions.

16.Customs, Taxes, and Duties

Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs charges, local taxes, clearance fees, or any other charges required by their country.

ELITE IMPEX is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, or additional charges applied by the customer’s local authorities.

17.Returns and Refunds

Because most products are custom-made, returns are generally not accepted unless the products are defective, damaged, or not made according to the approved order details.

Refunds or replacements may be offered only after review by ELITE IMPEX. Claims must be submitted within a reasonable time after receiving the order, along with clear photos, videos, and order details.

18.Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive defective or damaged products, please contact us as soon as possible. You may be asked to provide:

• Order number
• Product photos
• Packaging photos
• Videos showing the issue
• Details of the defect or damage

After review, we may offer repair, replacement, partial refund, or another suitable solution.

19.Color and Size Variation

Small differences in color, size, stitching, printing, embroidery, or finishing may happen during manufacturing.

Such minor differences are normal in custom apparel production and may not be treated as defects unless they are outside acceptable production standards.

20.Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing correct order information
• Approving designs and samples on time
• Making payments on time
• Giving correct shipping details
• Checking all order details before production
• Confirming that they have rights to use supplied logos and artwork

21.Limitation of Liability

ELITE IMPEX is not responsible for indirect losses, business loss, profit loss, delays caused by third parties, customs issues, courier delays, or problems caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Our responsibility is limited to the value of the products or services supplied by ELITE IMPEX.

22.Website Content

All content on this website, including text, images, product photos, designs, graphics, and layout, belongs to ELITE IMPEX unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, reuse, reproduce, or distribute our website content without written permission.

23.Changes to These Terms

ELITE IMPEX may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
